Getting Here
Fuvahmulah is well connected to Male’ by plane and speedboat. Scheduled flights operate between Velana International Airport (Male’) and Fuvahmulah. Regular ferries run between Fuvahmulah – S.Feydhoo (Addu City) and Gdh.Vaadhoo.
By Air
Most visitors arrive in the Maldives at Velana International Airport in Male’ Atoll. From Velana International Airport you can take a domestic flight to Fuvahmulah which takes about an hour. Maldivian operates regular flights to Fuvahmulah on a daily basis.
You can also reach Fuvahmulah through Gan International Airport in Addu City. From Feydhoo (Island next to Gan) you can take a 60-minute ferry ride. RTL operates regular ferry service.
By Sea
Regular ferries operate between Fuvahmulah to S.Feydhoo (Addu City) and Fuvahmulah to Gdh.Vaadhoo.
Travel time is (60 minutes) S.Feydhoo (Addu) – Fuvahmulah and (1 hour 40 minutes) Gdh.Vaadhoo – Fuvahmulah Ferries are operated by Rajje Transport Link or RTL
